Jean-Marc Robinson,
Founder and Managing Director of Ashton Informatics Inc., has 30 years of experience in Information Technology. Mr. Robinson has
accumulated an extensive record in all aspects of Information Technology
Planning with an emphasis on Enterprise Architecture Planning; principles,
business modeling, data architecture, application architecture, technology
architecture and migration plans. He specializes in all aspects of planning
at the strategic, tactical and project level.
Mr. Robinson is also
an accomplished Technology Planner with an extensive track record in this
respect and specializes in project management, technology deployment planning,
system management, service level management and charge-back.
Mr. Robinson manages
business development and provides consulting services to the private and
public sector clients. Mr. Robinson has actively participated in a number
of engagements that have focused on enterprise architecture planning,
strategic planning, project management, activity based costing and charge-back.
His more recent assignments completed include: facilitating Enterprise
Architecture Planning projects at the US Air Force, Security Life Re-Insurance,
and the Department of Energy; several architectural studies involving
business modeling, data distribution models and formulation of technology
deployment plans; and speaking engagements at Enterprise Architecture
Conferences.
Engagements have included extensive work
in co-authoring
a technology architecture and deployment tool “Ashton Architect”,
conducting related seminars and course offerings; and assisting
organizations in their efforts to become competitive and service oriented.
